School Meals are provided by East Sussex County Council via Chartwells and cost £2.60 per day. Parents are encouraged to book and pay for their child's meal on-line using ParentPay.

Free School Meals
From September 2014 all pupils in Reception, Years 1 and 2 are entitled to free school meals under the Government's Universal Infant Free School Meals Scheme.
Pupils in Year 3 and above may also be entitled to free school meals if their parent / carer receives any of the following benefits:
- Universal credit (income based)
- Income support
- Jobseeker’s Allowance (income based)
- Employment & Support Allowance (income related)
- Child Tax Credit (without Working Tax credit)
- Pension credit – guarantee credit.
