Supporting the school through the PTA
The PTA meet approximately 4x per year, to plan events and activities. We are always keen to have new members, bring ideas and energy to plans for the school community. You can also just help occasionally for example volunteering at events, like the Summer or Christmas Fair. Any help is welcome, and means we can make better events for the kids, and raise more funds for the school.
Ways to fundraise for the school all year
As well as events, there are ongoing initiatives which you can set up to raise funds for the school throughout the year.

2024/5 School Year PTA Update
In the 2024/5 school year, the PTA worked with school staff and volunteer parents to organise a kids disco, pumpkin carving competition, uniform sales, Christmas cards, World Book Day - Golden Ticket chocolate bars, Bags2School, the Christmas Fair and Summer Fair.
Over £4,000 was raised thanks to the generosity of school families. This was spent on:
- Read Write Inc Phonics scheme and spelling scheme £1384
- New PSHE scheme and resources £1302
- Forest School resources £1500
- Coaches for trips and contribution to visitor workshops for each class £1800
- Total £5,986*
2025/6 School Year Plans
The PTA are planning a similar set of events, with the already brilliant Frow Ride in September, kids disco, pumpkin carving competition, uniform sales, Christmas Fair and Summer Fair.
This school year, we’ll be fundraising for Bluebell Play: An exciting new initiative to transform playtime for every school year, with creative play resources and zones using 'non-standard' play resources and incorporating free-flow use of different zones. Since 20% of the school day is playtime, we want to make it amazing - allowing children to explore, manipulate and experience their environment while developing their personal, social, emotional & communication skills!
Please help support the PTA in improving playtime for all the kids.
